Makes 2

INGREDIENTS: 

50ml gin

50ml sweet vermouth

50ml Campari

Ice cubes 

1 orange 

METHOD: 

Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass or jug with lots of ice cubes. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold. Pour the cocktail mixture and ice into 2 glass tumblers. 

Use a vegetable peeler to peel 2 long thin rinds of orange. Twist the rinds over the cocktails so they get a spray of the orange essence. And then add the rind to the cocktails.
