Clodagh’s Casserole Pot

I’ve spent two years designing what I believe is the perfect casserole pot but truthfully, it’s been 25 years in the making. This is the pot I’ve always dreamed of creating, because it’s the one I reach for every single day in my own kitchen.

I designed firstly with practical function in mind. I wanted a pot that wasn’t just beautiful, but one that worked brilliantly and lasted a lifetime. Here are my fab key design features:

• 6.5L Capacity - Big enough for a whole chicken or large family meals, perfect for batch cooking.
• Cast Iron - Exceptional heat retention and even heat distribution for perfectly cooked meals, every time.
• Steam-Release Lid Dimples - These help circulate moisture back into your food, enhancing both flavour and texture.
• Versatile & Durable - Oven safe and suitable for all hob types, including induction, electric, and gas.

And of course… It Had to Be Beautiful

I wanted this pot to be something you’d be proud to keep on your stovetop or serve straight to the table.
